Blog Tools: Much More Than Just Writing...Blogs (short for weblogs) are tools that can be used for journal writing, reader response, current events, and much more. Protected blogs, or ones that are only viewable by selected members, can be useful for education, particularly for K-5 schools, so that teachers can control the content, monitor student interaction, and guide student work in a private, rather than public, setting.
